Our promise

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and unused, in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping required. Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Change of mind

For unopened items returned within 14 days, we'll refund the product price once your return is received. Return shipping for change-of-mind orders is covered by the customer.

What can't be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetics cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
