Shipping Policy

Every Glowyk order ships directly from Korea — the same authentic products Koreans buy at home, sent straight to your door.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

We ship from Korea via Korea Post with full tracking. Standard (K-Packet): most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Express (EMS): 5–8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or customs inspections may add a day or two.

Shipping cost

Free Standard shipping on orders over $70. Under $70, Standard shipping is a flat $7.99. Express (EMS) is available on any order for $29.99 at checkout.

Customs & duties

Every Glowyk order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are fully covered and included in the price you see at checkout. You will not face any unexpected customs charges or carrier fees upon delivery.
