Products & pricing. All prices are in USD. We strive for accuracy but may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability, and may cancel any order affected by an error (with a full refund).
Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or resale. Authentic Korean products are sold for personal use.
Shipping & risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns. Governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property. All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by GlowyK or its suppliers and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowyK is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or site. Always patch-test new skincare and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Governing law. These terms are governed by applicable law in our place of business.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
