Shipping policy
Every GlowyK order ships directly from Korea — the same authentic products Koreans buy at home.
Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Delivery time. We ship via express courier (EMS / DHL). Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or customs inspections may add a day or two.
Shipping cost. Free shipping on orders over $70. Orders under $70 show the exact cost at checkout.
Customs & duties. Personal cosmetics shipments to the U.S. are typically duty-free under the de minimis threshold. If any duty applies, it is the customer's responsibility.
