Refund policy

We want you to love your glow. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Change of mind. For eligible unopened items returned within 14 days, we refund the product price once the return is received and inspected. Return shipping for change-of-mind orders is the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetics cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the credit.
