Are your products 100% authentic?+
Yes. Every product is sourced through official Korean distributors and brand channels — never grey-market or counterfeit.
How long does shipping take?+
We ship from Korea with a tracking link by email. Standard delivery arrives in 7–15 business days after dispatch; Express (EMS, 5–8 business days) is available at checkout.
Is shipping really free?+
US orders over $70 ship free with standard delivery. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $7.99 — or upgrade to Express (EMS) at checkout.
What's your return policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and makeup can't be returned unless faulty — contact us and we'll make it right.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Right now we focus on fast, authentic delivery within the US. International shipping is on our roadmap.
