配送ポリシー

Every GlowyK order ships directly from Korea — the same authentic products Koreans buy at home.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery time. We ship from Korea via Korea Post with full tracking. Standard (K-Packet): U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Express (EMS): 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost. Free Standard shipping on orders over $70. Under $70, Standard shipping is a flat $7.99. Express (EMS) is available on any order for $29.99 at checkout.

Customs & duties. Every Glowyk order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are fully covered and included in the price you see at checkout. You will not face any unexpected customs charges or carrier fees upon delivery.
