1. 洗顔後、化粧水で肌のキメを整え、マスクを取り出して広げ、顔の形に合わせてシートを顔に密着させます。
2. 15〜20分ほどリラックスした後、マスクを取り外します。
3. マスクを外した後、顔に残ったエッセンスを軽く叩いて吸収させます。
