1. Clean your eyelids and eyelashes to remove any oil or moisture. TIP. If you use it after pinching your eyelashes with an eyelash curler, you can perm them more conveniently and beautifully. 2. Select a rod according to the desired eyelash curling and attach it close to the root of the eyelashes. For size, please check the size selection tips in the manual. 3. Using a dual eye brush, apply a thin layer of fixing wax on the rod, then place the eyelashes on the rod. TIP. Straighten and attach the eyelashes so that they are straight, and check carefully to make sure no part has fallen off. 4. Apply perm agent 1 evenly to the eyelashes and wipe off after 5 to 10 minutes. (Do not use for more than 10 minutes.) TIP.
