1. Attach the No. 1 rod 1mm away from the eyelash root line. 2. Apply agent 1 on the eyelashes in a sweeping motion, focusing on the roots of the eyelashes. 3. Cover the eyelashes by pressing down firmly with the cover rod and wait for 8 minutes. 4. After 8 minutes, remove the rod and wipe off the perm agent with a wet tissue. 5. Attach the 2nd rod as close to the eyelash root line as possible. 6. Organize eyelashes neatly with the built-in tip. 7. After 8 minutes, remove the rod and wipe off the applied perm agent cleanly.
